3-146 Ve nice
nebî var ki, onunla birlikte çok ribbiyyûn[1]savaştı; Ancak onlar Allâh yolunda kendilerine isabet eden şeylerden ötürü
gevşemediler, zayıflık da göstermediler, boyun da eğmediler! Zaten Allâh
sabredenleri seviyor!
3-147 Onların
bir sözü de olmadı, sadece dediler ki: Rabbimiz, bizim için günahlarımızı ve
işimizdeki israfımızı mağfiret eyle; ayrıca ayaklarımızı sabitle ve kafirler
topluluğuna karşı bize yardım et!
[1]Kitabı öğreten ve ders
yapan dolayısıyla da buna uygun olarak Rabbe kulluk eden kimseler.
3-146 And how many from a prophet, fought with him many
Ribbiyyoon;[1] but they did not lose courage for what struck them in
Allah’s path, and they did not weaken, and they did not abase themselves! And
Allah is loving the patient ones.
3-147 And their utterance was not except that they said:
Our Sustainer, forgive for us our crimes and our extravagance in our matter,
and affix our feet, and succour us over the denier folk.
[1] Learned men of the Book who practice what they know and also preach
others, man of lord, godly man.
