Ali İmran Suresi 36. ve 37. Ayetler

3-36 Derken onu vaz‘ edince[1] dedi ki: Rabbim, gerçek şu ki ben onu dişi olarak vaz‘ ettim. Halbuki Allâh onun ne vaz ettiğini daha iyi bilendir. Erkek ise dişi gibi değildir. Hem ben onu Meryem olarak isimlendirdim. Ayrıca ben onu taşlanmış şeytandan sana sığındırıyorum, zürriyetini de.

3-37 Bunun üzerine onun Rabbi onu güzel bir kabul ile kabul etti ve onu güzel bir yetiştirmeyle yetiştirdi ve ona Zekeriya’yı mükellef kıldı. Zekeriya, onun yanına, Mihraba[2] her girdiğinde onun katında bir rızk buldu. Dedi ki: Ey Meryem, neredendir sana bu? Dedi ki: o Allâh’ın indindendir; muhakkak ki Allâh kimi diliyorsa bir hesap olmaksızın rızıklandırıyor!

3-36 Then, when she placed her she said: My Sustainer, verily I placed her as a female. And Allah is more knowing what she placed. And the male is not as the female. And surely I named her Merriam and indeed I am seeking refuge with you for her and her lineage from the Satan, the stoned.

3-37 So her Sustainer accepted her with a nice acceptance and grew her as a nice growth and loaded her upon Zachariah; whenever Zachariah entered on her the Mihrab,[1] he found at her a sustenance, he said: O Merriam, whence is this to you? She said: it is from the presence of Allah; indeed Allah is providing for whom He is willing without calculating.
